No. You can browse, view series pages, track your reading, and build a full Taste Profile without signing in — everything is stored locally in your browser. Creating a free account lets us save your data to the cloud so it syncs across devices.

Yes, entirely. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but core discovery and recommendations will always be free.

You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. Both are free and give you the same features.

If you're using the site without an account, your tier list, reading progress, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage — clearing browser data will erase them. Creating a free account saves your tier list and reading progress to the cloud so everything persists across devices and browser resets.

Your Taste Profile is built from a tier list of series you've read — ranked from S tier (all-time favorites) down to F tier (not for you). In step two you can rate genres and story elements to further refine your preferences. This profile powers your recommendations.

Yes. Within each tier, left means stronger placement and right means weaker. So the first series in your S tier is your absolute favorite, and the last is your least-favorite S-tier pick. The recommendation engine uses this ordering.

Yes, at any time. Go to the Taste Profile page, adjust your rankings or preferences, and resubmit. Your recommendations will refresh accordingly.

On any series page, each volume has a read toggle. Click it to mark a volume as read — it'll be checked off and your progress is saved automatically. You can also hide already-read volumes using the 'Hide Read' button at the top of the volume list.

DNF stands for Did Not Finish. If you started a volume but put it down, you can mark it DNF rather than read. DNF volumes are tracked separately so your read count stays accurate, and the series page reflects that you made it partway through.

Yes, if you're signed in. Your per-volume read and DNF status is saved to your account automatically and stays in sync across all your devices. Without an account, progress is stored locally in your browser only.

We analyze your tier list and preferences to identify patterns — genre tags, story elements, pacing preferences, and dealbreakers. An AI model then searches our catalog for series that best match your specific taste and explains why each one is a good fit.

No. While some AI is used in assigning the taxonomy for the catalog, it is not directly used to generate your recommendations.

You need to set up a Taste Profile first. Head to the Taste Profile page, rank at least three series, and click "Find My Next Read."

Not directly yet — but you can weight your Taste Profile toward a sub-genre by putting series in that genre in your higher tiers and rating that genre highly in step two. The system will weight its results accordingly.

Around 20 currently. We're actively expanding toward a goal of 500–1,000 titles with rich metadata. If a series you love isn't listed, you can suggest it directly.

We add new series manually and through automated monitoring of LitRPG community sources. Our roadmap includes scheduled polling of Reddit's LitRPG communities for new releases.

We focus on LitRPG and progression fantasy sub-genres: system fantasy, isekai, dungeon crawlers, cultivation, tower climbing, crafting, and apocalypse fiction. If your niche is underrepresented, let us know.

Our catalog is still growing — many great series haven't been added yet. If something's missing, suggest it here and we'll review it for inclusion. The more detail you can provide (genres, platform), the faster it gets in.

Yes. On any series page there's a 'Suggest an Edit' link that lets you propose changes to a series' genres and story elements. Your suggestion goes into a review queue and, if approved, updates the catalog for everyone.
